1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online shop Scottie Hitchcock’s Fanshop.
By placing an order, you agree to these T&C. Any terms and conditions provided by the customer that differ from these shall not apply unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
2. Contracting Party
The purchase agreement is concluded with:

(hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”).
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The products displayed in the online shop do not represent a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the order by email.
4. Print-on-Demand Production
All products are individually made to order (Print-on-Demand).
Production and shipping are usually carried out by partner companies (e.g., Gelato), which may be located abroad (e.g., in the EU, the USA, or other countries).
The Seller remains the contractual partner and is responsible for the proper fulfillment of the order.
Because the products are custom-made, minor variations in color, size, or print placement may occur. Such variations are not considered defects.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency indicated in the shop (usually CHF or EUR) and include Swiss VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Twint, or others).
6. Delivery and Shipping
Shipping in many countries is available. Production and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Customs duties, import taxes, or any other charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Complaints
Since all products are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not possible.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, this must be reported within 7 days of receipt by email to [info@scottiehitchcock-shop.com], including photos and your order number.
The Seller and producer company will review the case and, if justified, provide a replacement or refund.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.
9. Liability
The Seller is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
No liability is assumed for minor negligence, consequential damages, or loss of profit.
10. Copyright
All designs, logos, images, and texts in the shop are protected by copyright.
Use, reproduction, or distribution without the Seller’s prior written consent is prohibited.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers residing in the EU or the USA, the mandatory legal provisions of their respective countries also apply.
The place of jurisdiction is Nuerensdorf (ZH), Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
12. Severability Clause
If any provision of these T&C is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
